Perins Pre-School

Working together

At Perins Pre-School we believe that parents and carers are the first and most important educators and we place great importance on building strong and supportive partnerships with families. We work closely with parents and carers to ensure every child feels secure, valued, and confident, creating the best possible foundations for learning and development.

Parents and carers are warmly welcomed into pre-school and are encouraged to take an active role in their child’s learning. Families are invited to share stories, skills, and experiences with the children and we offer a range of opportunities to support learning at home. These include our lending library, home learning bags and topic support bags such as toilet training resources which help parents to support their child’s development in a consistent and meaningful way.

We also bring families together through a range of special events and shared experiences throughout the year, including stay and play sessions, Grandparents tea party, and our annual family fun day. These opportunities help children feel proud of their pre-school and strengthen the sense of community that is at the heart of what we do.

Through strong communication and close partnership working, we ensure that parents and carers feel well informed, supported, and involved in their child’s early education, helping every child to thrive.
